There was a parking lot right next to the building with 15 minute short term parking for stopping in the coffee shop. Some of the parking spots were actually covered and shaded from the sun. There was a short line when I arrived but I was in and out with my two drinks within 15 minutes. I ordered the Mocha Mexicana and the Horchata latter both hot and in a 12 oz and they were both spectacular. I also love their tres leches muffin too! They have keys on the bar to get into the restrooms. The restrooms were very clean and had paper towels. There were plenty of tables and lots of seating available even though they were decently busy. The staff were friendly and quick.

First time coming here and didn't really know what to get. It reminds me of a fancy Starbucks but I totally liked the vibe inside! The staff was very friendly and my drink (Cafe con Leche) was great! I definitely need to go back and try some of the many other drinks I saw other customers enjoying!

Friendly service. This location has a bigger pastry display case. Drinks and pastries are the best! Got Chocolate Mexicano frappe blueberry and chocolate tres leches muffin.

Superconvenient off of Freeway 5. We stopped by on our way up to Santa Barbara and also on our way back down because it was so good. Easy parking and access. I had a double short espresso latte and it was excellent. They have lots of seating and they were open early.

Good Parking. Good Match Horchata blend, get it with little ice cause you want more liquid by volume. Got a tres leches muffin warmed up and it was comforting to the soul. 8.95/10 would go again

Love this place!. The horchata latte is sooooo good. My son loves the chocolate chip muffin. Its only from this place because we have tried others but he didn't like it. Its a chill place but it gets packed at times. Its definitely worth the visit. The service is good but recently i saw a staff that had an attitude not just to me but to other people as well.

Just about every time I come to this side of town I stop by this incredible cafe. Few places deliver such good horchata lattes! Update to review: I like Tierra Mia a great deal. Today the service was awful though. It was around 1030 am. The female cashier was lifeless and offered no smile or eye contact. In this part of town service like this is rare. So I’m dropping service to two stars and the overall stars go down one. As a Latina a priority of mine is to support my community. Tierra Mia is a Latino/a owned business. I’ve been drinking Tierra Mia coffee for years and I believe they started horchata latte. It’s what I ask for always. This location does not have a parking problem but the mid sized lot gets full fast. At 930 am I was lucky to find a spot. There was a line to get coffee. Not too long and it went by quickly. This place is busy and lively. The decor is cool. I’ve never had issues at any Tierra Mia location with offerings or service. My iced horchata latte was as good as ever. The guayaba cheese pastry was good. Just wish they served the one without cheese. Their pastry case is pretty big and full of pastries. At some cafes you’re lucky if you find a pastry sometimes. My order was just $10.20. Not bad at all! Oh and they play great Latin pop and even rancheras in some locations! More please!
